All scholarship applications must be created using the applicant’s own name and email address through the eservices portal. Any application that is not done like this will:
1) Have to be redone using the applicant’s own details and resubmitted online prior to the application deadline
2) Not be processed by the Scholarship Secretariat and will be deleted from the system at the time of the application closing.
Note: Applications cannot be transferred from one account to another.
Do not use an institution email domain such as for your university or school. Create your account using a generic email domain such as hotmail, gmail, etc.
If blank documents are uploaded, your application will be immediately ineligible for consideration.

We do not automatically gather any personal data from you, such as your name, phone number, email, or address. This information is only obtained if you supply it voluntarily through the application portal.
Your personal data are collected to determine eligibility for the government education scholarship and are governed by the Data Protection Law and the Freedom of Information Law. If you are awarded a scholarship, your personal data will also be used to administer the scholarship and for reporting purposes.
We will never sell your information to third parties. In certain circumstances, we may have a legal obligation or other reason to disclose your personal data to a third party. This includes if we are required to comply with an audit; to participate in legal proceedings, obtain legal advice, or defend or exercise legal rights; or to comply with information security or records and information management requirements.
